Delivery dates to be agreed on receipt of order. Carriage and packaging will be charged at cost.

50% deposit will be required at time of ordering. 50% balance will be required when order is ready and prior to delivery.

50% deposit is non-refundable once the order is in progress and a receipt has been issued by us.

All pieces remain the property of Anne Smith Glass Designs until payment is received in full.

You must inform us of any damage, shortages or breakages within 24 hours of delivery and keep all original packaging.

Due to the nature of glass and the process of manufacture and fusing, glass and glass products will be similar in design and colour, not identical, to examples shown. Glass and glass products will be the same quality or better than the examples shown. All sizes and dimensions given are approximate.

Anne Smith Glass Designs will wherever possible advise on the use of glass and materials, however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all products meet their requirements.

Any fitting of stained glass will be sub-contracted and charged at cost.
